Quick Registration

  • 1. CLICK HERE to begin registration. Select "Students Click Here".
  • 2. Select the option relevant to you:

    - If you have NEVER REGISTERED for Tech Prep before, click on "Create an Account" in the top left corner.

    - If you are a RETURNING STUDENT you may login with your User Name and Password OR your Tech Prep ID number and birth date.

  • 3. To find available classes, click "Register for Classes." Your high school will auto-populate. Do not fill out any other fields. Click “Go Search”.
  • 4. Place a check in the box to the left of the classes you are currently in and click the "Register" button in the top-left navigation menu.
  • 5. On the next screen, click the checkbox for the teacher who is teaching your class.
  • 6. When you’ve made your selections, click "Save & Register."
  • 7. If you have provided an email address, a confirmation will be emailed to you. If not, you may want to print a copy for your records.
  • 8. Pay your $46 consortium fee at http://pay.techprepcc.org.
  • Please note -- annual fee covers all classes you register for during this school year. The fee is non refundable, regardless of if you earn the grade of B or above. If you have any questions, please contact us.

College Transcripts

  • Our colleges transcribe ALL eligible Tech Prep students from the prior school year during summer quarter.
  • All eligible students will receive notification that they have received credit, directly from the college awarding credit, by email and/or mail to your home address, in late August.
  • The notice will have your college assigned Student Identification Number (SID). 
  • You will need your college assigned SID to order college transcripts.
  • You will need a pin number to view transcripts online. Your default pin number is your birth date (MMDDYY).
  • To order an official transcript, students should contact the college that awarded their credit directly.
